How do I include a lapel pin in my order?
Leave a link to your desired design in the order details, or send your design to us after we contact you. Please note that size may affect the total cost in the end.
How closely should I describe each piece?
We usually go off a character's standard clothes, but you may specify a certain outfit or something custom entirely. A character sheet is preferred for custom designs, however we can work with a written description and we will confirm with you by sending you a picture of the design before producing it.

What is your return policy?
Generally, we do not accept returns as most pieces are one of one and/or are tailored. For quality issues, please contact us and we will work to have a replacement made.
What's the best way to store cosplays?
We recommend following the advice in this YouTube video by Alice in Cosplayland. It goes into depth on how to properly hang/store any pieces so that they last. (For example, not all pieces can easily be ironed out due to the nature of certain fabrics)
How do I correctly add my measurements for a costume to be tailored?
Please specify that you would like the outfit to be tailored (instead of a common sizing scheme like S, M, etc.) as soon as possible. This way, we know immediately that the outfit needs some extra work.
Any measurements should be provided in metric units (cm). You can see how to correctly take them in this article.
Pricing
All pricing is approximated. Total cost may end up higher depending on the amount of detail in each piece and/or size! This list is also not exhaustive.
A price of N/A means that the category has too much variance in the price to give an estimate (e.g.: jewelry). Please specify with us in this case.
